“Att koja” means to curl up, to make yourself a little nest, to retreat and rest. Tonight, you are invited to nest beneath the northern lights – surrounded by the calm of the singing ice. Let winter inspire you to rest (no matter the season you find yourself in right now). In this lying-down breathwork session, you’ll be guided to soften the body, quiet the mind, and sink into rest. A nest of calm, close to the rhythm of nature.

GOOD MORNING MEDITATION - GÖKOTTA

“Att gökotta” means to rise early to listen to the first birdsong of spring. It’s about meeting the morning with presence. This guided session invites you to wake slowly, gently, and with intention. Through meditation and soft movements, you awaken the body from within, in harmony with the breath and the still rhythm of the morning. Practice outdoors – lying down, sitting, or standing.
